基于中医瘟疫理论浅析新型冠状病毒肺炎病证特点及防治

2019年12月武汉新型冠状病毒感染疫情的迅速蔓延,已成为威胁人类的健康杀手,面对突发公共卫生问题,本文基于中医瘟疫理论,分析新型冠状病毒肺炎(NCP)病因为"湿毒",具有超强传染性及隐匿性,存在无症状传染者;人群普遍易感,具有人传人特点,临床症状不典型,病势进展存在预测困难等诸多不利因素。防治方面亦体现了三因制宜、攻补兼施及辨证论治原则。探究如何运用传统中医瘟疫理论,分析新发传染病,以期完善防治方案。这对于今后有效运用中医经典瘟疫理论应对可能再次爆发的其他公共卫生传染病,具有一定的理论及现实意义。

Analysis of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Syndrome Characteristics and Prevention Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Plague Theory

From December 2019,the rapidly spread of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 has become a severe threat to human health.In the face of suddenly public health problems,based on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine plague theory,this paper analyze and summarize many related findings.The cause of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia is "wet toxin",which is extremely contagious and concealed,and there are asymptomatic infectious persons.The population is generally susceptible to it,and also has characteristic of human-to-human infectivity.Besides,clinical symptoms are atypical and it is difficult to predict the disease progression.The aspects of prevention and treatment also reflect the principles of the three-cause measures,reinforcement and elimination in combination,and treatment according to syndrome differentiation.The paper explored how to use the TCM plague theory to analyze emerging infectious diseases with a view to perfecting preventions and control solutions.This is of theoretical and practical significance for the effective use of classical plague theory of traditional Chinese medicine in the future to deal with other public health infectious diseases that may erupt again.
