拔罐疗法的临床及其生物学机制研究

本文系统总结了我们团队在拔罐研究中所取得成果。考证了拔罐疗法的源流发展;提出“针之理即罐之理”“天人地层次理论”和“象思维”应用于拔罐;明确了拔罐补泻的操作方法,创立了推拿罐疗法;总结了拔罐疗法的适应病谱,开展优势病症的拔罐临床疗效观察;机制研究发现,拔罐通过改善能量代谢,调节免疫等多途径起效;并开发拔罐仪器,制定拔罐的相关标准,编写拔罐教材与专著;创建了全国性学术组织,推动了拔罐疗法的应用。

Clinical Application and Biological Mechanism of Cupping Therapy

The results of the author′s team in cupping research were systematically summarizes in the paper.The origins and development of cupping therapy were checked.The theories of“cupping and acupuncture have the same mechanism”,“heaven-human-earth hierarchy theory”and“manifestation thinking”were proposed and applied in cupping therapy.The cupping reinforcing-reducing method was defined,the Tuina cupping therapy were founded.The indication spectrum was summarized.The clinical observation of cupping′s predominant disease was carried out.Experimental studies have found that cupping works by many ways including improving energy metabolism and regulating immunity.We have developed cupping instruments and cupping standards and compiled cupping textbooks and monographs.We have established a national academic organization to promote domestic and international cupping exchanges.
