| 摘 要： | 目的:运用循证医之系统评价方法评价桂枝加葛根汤治疗颈椎病的疗效。方法:通过计算机检索1990年至2014年CNKI、VIP、CMB三大数据库关于葛根汤治疗颈椎病的文献492篇,选择符合要求的随机对照试验(RCT)、临床对照试验(CCT),采用Cochrane协作网、Rev Man 5.2软件进行meta分析。结果:共纳入12篇随机对照临床研究的文献,计1 039例患者,经meta分析结果显示,组间比较差异有统计学意义。结论:桂枝加葛根汤对颈椎病所致的头痛、颈部疼痛、头晕等症状具有明显改善作用。

| Abstract: | To apply evidence-based medicine for systematically evaluating the effect of Guizhi and Gegen Decoction in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods:Relevant papers on Guizhi and Gegen Decoction in treating cervical spondylosis from 1990 to 2014,conforming to the requirements of the randomized controlled trial (RCT) and controlled clinical trials (CCTS),were screened in CNKI,VIP and CMB database by computer.The Cochrane collaboration and RevMan 5.2 software were applied for meta-analysis.Results:Twelve papers about randomized controlled clinical research were included with 1039 cases.The results by meta-analysis showed that there was significant difference between the groups.Conclusion:Guizhi and Gegen Decoction may obviously relieve symptoms caused by cervical spondylosis,such as headache and neck pain,dizziness,etc. |
