摘    要:
传统中药的安全性是指导其临床应用的坚实基础。附子为"百药之长",具有多种功效,但对机体也表现出明显的神经毒性。附子以酯型生物碱为主要毒性物质基础,可作用于中枢神经系统和周围神经系统,其毒作用机制主要涉及离子通道、神经递质、信号转导和能量代谢等。为提高附子临床应用的安全性,降低神经不良反应,本文基于临床研究和动物实验,从附子毒性物质基础、神经毒作用靶器官和神经毒作用机制3个方面具体阐述附子神经毒性的研究现状。

Abstract:
The safety of Chinese materia medica is a solid foundation for guiding the clinical application of it. Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata, the head of Chinese materia medica, has a variety of pharmacological function, but Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata also showed significant neurotoxicity on humans. Ester type alkaloid is the main toxic substance of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata. The central nervous system and peripheral nervous system are the target organs of aconite neurotoxicity. The underlying mechanism of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata neurotoxicity is mainly involving in ion channel, neurotransmitter, energy metabolism, and signal transduction. In order to enhance the safety of clinical application of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata and reduce the neurotoxicity, this study was based on clinical researches and animal experiments. The neurotoxicity of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata was summarized from the three aspects of neurotoxic material base, neurotoxic target organs and the specific mechanism.
