抑郁症发病率高、危害性大,本文通过阐述阳气对人体的重要性,并介绍了阳气的生理作用、病理特点,将抑郁的核心症状与五脏阳虚相对应,治疗时见症辨脏补阳,辅以化痰、活血、祛湿之药,并举经典验案两则,从而总结国家名老中医唐启盛教授的学术思想,以餮同道。

Treatment of Depression from Yang Qi in the Five Zang Organs Based on the Importance of Yang Qi-One of Series of Academic Thoughts of Tang Qisheng's Theory about Psychiatric Diseases

The incidence of depression is high and the harm is great.This paper explained the importance of yang qi to the human body, and introduced the physiological effect and pathological features of yang qi.The core symptoms of depression correspond to yang qi in the five zang organs and yang deficiency.During the treatment, he saw the disease and identified the yang qi, and supplemented with medicines for resolving phlegm, promoting blood circulation and removing dampness.This paper analyzed 2 classical cases to summarize the academic thoughts of Professor Tang Qisheng, a national famous Chinese medicine practitioner to discuss with fellow scholars.
