麝香保心丸联合单硝酸异山梨酯片对冠心病患者的影响

目的:分析麝香保心丸联合单硝酸异山梨酯片对冠心病患者的影响。方法:选取2014年1月至2016年12月保定市第一中心医院收治的冠心病患者143例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组(n=71)和观察组(n=72),对照组采用单硝酸异山梨酯进行常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用麝香保心丸治疗,2组均连续治疗2个月。比较2组治疗后临床疗效和不良反应发生情况;比较2组治疗前后心绞痛发作情况、血脂水平和血流变指标。结果:治疗后观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者心绞痛发作频率、全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、血细胞比容、红细胞沉降率和总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平较治疗前降低,观察组低于对照组,发作持续时间较治疗前缩短,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:麝香保心丸联合单硝酸异山梨酯片治疗冠心病疗效显著,可有效改善患者心绞痛发作情况与血脂水平,同时改善其血流变。

Effects of Shexiang Baoxin Pills combined with Isosorbide Mononitrate Tablet on Blood Lipids and Blood Rheology in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Its Safety Analysis

To investigate the effects of Shexiang Baoxin Pills combined with isosorbide mononitrate on blood lipids and blood rheology in patients with coronary heart disease and its safety.Methods:A total of 143 cases patients with coronary heart disease in Baoding First Central Hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected as study objects and were divided randomly into a test group (n=72) and a control group (n=71).The control group was treated with isosorbide mononitrate(1 tablet·time-1, 3 times·d-1), and the test group was treated with Shexiang Baoxin Pill (1 pill·time-1, 3 times·d-1) on the basis of control group.The 2 groups were treated consecutively for 2 months.The clinical efficacy of 2 groups were compared after treatment; the occurrence of angina pectoris of 2 groups was counted; the total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and hemorheology indexes of 2 groups were detected and compared before and after treatment; the incidence rates of adverse reactions of 2 groups were compared.Results:After treatment, the clinical efficacy of test group was 95.83%, which was higher than 69.01% in the control group (P<0.01); Ccompared with that before treatment, the frequency of angina pectoris in 2 groups decreased, and the occurrence duration of 2 groups shortened, and there was obvious difference between 2 groups (P<0.01); compared with those before treatment, the serum TC, TG, LDL-C levels of 2 groups decreased after treatment, and test group was lower than control group; the serum HDL-C levels of 2 groups increased after treatment, and test group was higher than control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01); compared with those before treatment, the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen, hematocrit, erythrocyte sedimentation of 2 groups decreased after treatment, and test group was lower than control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01); there were no obvious difference between 2 groups on the incidence rate of adverse reactions (P>0.05).Conclusion:Shexiang Baoxin Pills combined with isosorbide mononitrate tablets have significant curative effects on coronary heart disease, which can effectively improve the angina pectoris and blood lipid levels of patients, and improve their blood rheology, and the combination of 2 drugs has a better effect.
