蓝光照射联合茵栀黄颗粒治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效观察及安全性分析

摘    要:目的:分析蓝光照射联合茵栀黄颗粒治疗新生儿黄疸对血清γ-谷丙氨酰基转移酶、碱性磷酸酶的影响及安全性。方法:选取2016年1月至2018年12月吴江区第一人民医院收治的新生儿黄疸患儿100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组均单独予以蓝光照射治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用茵栀黄颗粒进行联合治疗,比较2组临床疗效、血清γ-谷丙氨酰基转移酶水平、碱性磷酸酶水平以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P 0. 05);观察组血清γ-谷丙氨酰基转移酶水平、碱性磷酸酶表达水平明显低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P 0. 05);观察组各类不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P 0. 05)。结论:针对新生儿黄疸进行临床治疗时,蓝光照射联合茵栀黄颗粒的使用可明显提高临床疗效,改善血清γ-谷丙氨酰基转移酶水平、碱性磷酸酶水平,提高患儿临床治疗安全性,推广价值显著。

Abstract:To analyze the effect and safety of blue light irradiation combined with Yinzhihuang Granule on serum e glutaminyl transferase and alkaline phosphatase in neonatal jaundice.Methods:A total of 100 children with neonatal jaundice who were treated in Wujiang District First People''s Hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study and randomized into a control group and an observation group using a random number table, with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with blue light alone.The observation group was treated with Yinzhihuang Granules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy, serum acglutaminyl transferase level, alkaline phosphatase level and the difference in the occurrence of the adverse reactions were compared between the 2 groups.Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum f glutaminyl transferase and alkaline phosphatase were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the clinical treatment of neonatal jaundice, the use of blue light irradiation combined with Yinzhihuang Granule can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, improve serum e glutaminyl transferase level, alkaline phosphatase level, and improve the safety of clinical treatment.The promotion value is significant.
