慢性病毒性肝炎患者血清IL-12水平、T细胞亚群变化及相互关系的研究

目的 :研究慢性病毒性肝炎患者血清IL 12水平、T细胞亚群变化及相互关系。方法 :分别采用双抗体夹心ELISA法与抗体致敏的红细胞花环试验法 ,对 6 8例慢性病毒性肝炎患者血清IL 12水平及T细胞亚群进行了测定。结果 :慢性病毒性肝炎患者IL 12水平明显低于正常对照组 ,以慢性重型肝炎为最低 ;CD4+ 细胞、CD4+ /CD8+ 比值明显降低 ,与血清IL 12水平呈正相关 ;而CD8+ 细胞则明显增高 ,与血清IL 12水平呈负相关。结论 :慢性病毒性肝炎患者存在细胞免疫功能低下 ,免疫调节功能紊乱 ,IL 12及T细胞亚群共同参与慢性病毒性肝炎的发病过程 ,也为临床上应用IL 12治疗慢性病毒性肝炎提供了理论依据

Study on changes and correlation of IL-12 level and T subsets in patients with chronic hepatic disease

Objective To study on changes and correlation of IL 12 level and T subsets in patients with chronic hepatic disease.Method Serum Il 12 level and T subsets in 68 viral hepatitis patients were detected with double sandwich ELISA and erythrocyte garland test respectively.Results In comparison with normal control,IL 12 level was significantly decreased in patients with chronic viral hepatitis.The Il 12 level in patients with chronic severe hepatitis were lowest in all patients detected.CD 4 + cells,CD 4 +/CD 8 + ratio in chronic viral hepatitis were significantly decreased compared with normal control,and CD 8 + cells were markedly increased.There was a positively correlation between IL 12 level and CD 4 + cells,CD4 +/CD 8 + ratio and a negative correlation between IL 12 level and CD 8 + cells.Conclusion There is immunologic disorder,deficiency,both IL 12 and T subsets has a close relation with the progress of chronic viral hepatitis.The result also provides theory foundation for use of IL 12 treatment.
