| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in neonate hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (NHIE).Methods Serum MMP-9 level was detected with sandwich ELISA and TIMP-1 with turbidimetry in 30 neonates with HIE at 1,3,7 d after invasion.The dates were compared with the normal.Results The serum levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in three groups of HIE were significantly higher than those of healthy control.The more serious the disease was,the higher the MMP-9 and TIMP-1 concentration.T... |
