孕妇学校健康教育效果评价与分析

目的探讨孕妇学校规范性健康教育的效果。方法把入院前参加和未参加孕妇学校全程规范性健康教育的孕妇分为观察组、对照组,每组各164例。入院后实施常规健康教育,对两组教育前后效果进行对比分析。结果教育后观察组围产期保健知识掌握情况、自然分娩率、社会因素所致剖宫产率、孕产期并发症与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论孕妇学校规范性健康教育能帮助孕产妇全面掌握围产期保健知识,提高优生优育和自我保健能力,促进自然分娩,降低剖宫产率,减少并发症的发生。

Evaluation and analysis of health education in pregnant woman school
