| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of astrocyte elevated gene-1(AEG-1)in colorectal carcinoma and its clinical-pathological significance.Methods The expression of AEG-1 in normal colorectal tissues,adenoma and colorectal carcinoma was detected using immunohistochemical method.Results The positive rate of AEG-1 in the colorectal carcinoma was 91.7% and that in the adenoma was 90.9%.The result was significantly higher than the normal colorectal tissues.The difference between the two groups was significan... |
