定眩蠲痛汤治疗血管性头痛26例临床观察

目的 定眩蠲痛汤治疗血管性头痛的临床疗效与实验室观察。方法 随机选择临床及住院并西医诊断为血管性头痛的患共计26例,应用定眩蠲痛汤治疗,观察临床短期和长期疗效;对部分患之治疗前后血栓三项和抗心磷脂抗体进行观察,并予统计学处理。结果 26例患治疗4周总有效率为96.2%,3个月后复查总有效率为94.1%。实验室观察结果：治疗前GMP－140和TXB2增高,TXB2与6－K－PGF1a比值不正常;抗心磷脂抗体中,IgG与IgA降低。治疗后GMP－140和TXB2降低,经统计学处理,前有显差异;TXB2与6－K－PGF1a比值趋于正常;抗心磷脂抗体中的IgG与IgA治疗前后无显差异。结论 定眩蠲痛汤是治疗血管性头痛的有效方剂,其作用机理可能与改善血小板系统及颅外血管舒缩系统有关。

Dingxuan Juantong Tang in treating 26 cases with vascular headache

Objective To study the effective rate and the result of laboratory tests in 26 cases with vascular headache. Method Choose patients with vascular headache. Treat them with Dingxuan Juantong Tang and study the result of the treatment. Result The total effective rate is 96.2%. Before treatment, GMP|140 and TXB2 were higher and antiheart|phospholipid IgG and IgA antibody were lower than standard. After treatment all abnormal results became nearly normal. Conclusion Dingxuan Juantong Tang is effective in patients with vascular headache. The main mechanism may be that the decoction promotes the function of platelet and intracranial and extracranial blood vessels.
