YF-1杀菌剂对小鼠致畸作用研究

[目的 ]探讨YF 1杀菌剂对小鼠的致畸作用。 [方法 ]妊娠小鼠分别以 10 0、2 5 0、5 0 0mg/m3 浓度连续吸入染毒 5d ,于妊娠第 18d处死孕鼠 ,分析孕鼠及子鼠胚胎发育指标 ;检查有无外观、内脏和骨骼畸形。 [结果 ]YF 1杀菌剂5 0 0mg/m3 组孕鼠体重及胎鼠体重、身长均明显低于阴性对照组。各浓度组胎鼠外观、骨骼及内脏检查均未发现畸形。[结论 ]接触 5 0 0mg/m3 以内浓度的YF 1杀菌剂对孕鼠及胎鼠的生长发育有一定不良影响 ,但未发现有明显致畸作用

Study on Teratogenic Effects of YF-1 Germicide in Mice

To study teratogenic effects of YF 1 germicide in mice. Gravid mice were exposed to 100,250 or 500mg/m 3 of YF 1 germicide for 5 days successively for studying teratogenic toxicity.All animals were sacrificed on the 18th day of gestation,embryonic and fetal developmental parameters were analysed,external,skeletal and internal organs anomalies were examined. The weight of pregnant mice and the weight and length of fetal mice of the group exposed to 500mg/m 3 of YF 1 germicide were much lower than those in the negative control group. In all of the groups exposed to YF 1 germicide,no external and internal in cluding organ and skeletal anomalies were observed in the fetal mice.[Conclusion] YF 1 germicide do have some toxic effect on the development of fetal mice,but there is no teratogenic effect under the experimental conditions.
