环氧合酶-2及表皮生长因子受体在鼻咽癌中的表达及相关性

目的：探讨环氧合酶-2（COX-2）、表皮生长因子受体（EGFR）在鼻咽癌患者组织及血清中的表达及二者的相关性。方法随机收集鼻咽癌患者66例，同时收集慢性鼻炎60例及健康人30例，应用免疫组化法和ELISA法分别检测3组人群的鼻黏膜组织及血清中EGFR的含量，对两组数据进行统计分析及相关性探讨。结果鼻咽癌组、慢性鼻炎组及健康对照组 COX-2阳性表达率分别为87．9％、73．3％、43．3％， EGFR 阳性表达率分别为84．8％、78．3％、50％，两种蛋白在鼻咽癌组织中的表达均显著高于对照组；鼻咽癌患者血清COX-2、EGFR水平均高于健康人（ P＝0．022，P＝0．017）血清中表达水平；COX-2、EGFR的表达与鼻咽癌临床分期有关，并且两者在组织中的表达呈正相关（r＝0．558，P＝0．021）。结论 COX-2、EGFR在鼻咽癌组织及血清中均有较高表达，表达情况与临床分期显著相关，并且二者表达情况呈正相关性，COX-2及EGFR在鼻咽癌的发生与发展过程中起重要作用。

Expressions and relativity of COX-2 and EGFR in nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the expressions and relativity of COX-2 and EGFR in nasopharyngeal carcinoma （ NPC） .Methods The expressions of COX-2 and EGFR in 86 cases of NPC, 80 cases of chronic rhinitis and 30 cases of healthy persons were detected by the immunohistochemistry and ELISA methods.Results The positive expression rates of COX-2 were 87.9%, 73.3% and 43.3%, and the positive expression rates of EGFR were 84.8%, 78.3%and 50%respectively in the NPC group, chronic rhinitis group and healthy group.The expressions of COX-2/EGFR in NPC were significantly higher than those in the control group.The level of COX-2/EGFR in NPC was significantly higher than in healthy persons （P=0.022, P=0.017） in serum; COX-2/EGFR had significant difference in expres-sion of different clinical stages, there are positive correlation between the expression of COX-2 and EGFR in NPC （ r=0.558, P=0.021）.Conclusion These results demonstrate high expressions of COX-2 and EGFR may involve in the pathogenesis and progression of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
