| 摘 要： | 慢性鼻-鼻窦炎（ CRS）是耳鼻咽喉科的常见病，也是长期诊疗研究所关注的焦点和难点问题。近年来的研究倾向于多因素作用的病因学说，由遗传、变应性和解剖等因素共同作用。因其病因及发病机制至今不清，给CRS的临床诊治带来一定困难，弄清楚CRS发病机制，寻找更加有效的治疗方法及治疗靶点十分必要。 |

| Abstract: | Chronic rhinosinusitis （ CRS） is a common disease in the Department of Otolaryngology that is a focus and difficult problem in the long-term clinical and research.The researches in recent years have in tendency to the effect of many factors, from genetic, allergic and anatomical factors.Its etiology and pathogenesis is still not clear, which brings some difficulty to clinical diagnosis and treatment of CRS.In this study, we try to explore the pathogenesis of CRS and find out more effective method of treatment and therapeutic targets. |
