丹参和黄芪治疗气虚血瘀型心力衰竭的作用

摘    要:本文报道91例气虚血瘀型心力衰竭(心衰)病人选用丹参和黄芪治疗作用。16例作气囊漂浮导管监测,发现黄芪明显增加心排出量、每搏量及心脏指数,而丹参无此作用,提示黄芪有正性肌力作用;30例给黄芪加党参,治疗后心功能分级及某些异常的血液流变学指标均有改善;44例先丹参,继之丹参加黄芪,治疗后心功能分级有明显改善,且能改善异常的血液流变学指标,明显抑制血小板聚集功能。提示丹参具有活血化瘀改善血液流变学及抑制血小板的聚集性,黄芪有补气强心改善心功能的作用。

THE EFFECT OF SALVIA AND ASTRAGALUS IN THE TREATMENT OF CARDIAC FAILURE WITH MANIFESTATION OF "BLOOD STASIS" AND "ENERGY DEFICIENCY"

Abstract:There were 91 cases of heart failure with clinical manifestations of "energy deficiency" and "blood stasis" as described in traditional medicine. Cardiac hemody-namic monitoring by the Swan-Qanz catheter were done in 16 cases. Treatment with injection of the "energy replenishing' extract of Astraglus increased cardiac output, stroke volume and the cardiac index significantly, but injection of the "circulation promoting" herb. Salvia, did not show these effects. Contraction recordings of isolated papillary muscle showed positive inotropic effects with Astragalus, but not with Sal via.39 cases given Astragalus and Codonopsis therapy orally or intravenously, showed improvements in clinical cardiac performance, PEP/L VET, degree of "energy deficiency"and"blood stasis"and also certain abnormal hemorheolo-gical indices.44 eases were given injections of Sal via for 2 weeks, then additional Astragalus injection for 2 weeks. After therapy, satisfactory results included platelet aggregation inhibition.In conclusion, this clinical and experimental study indicates that Salvia and Astragalus have a beneficial interaction, thus supporting the traditional theory of correlation between "Energy" and "Blood".
