盐酸克林霉素配合中药灌肠治疗急性盆腔炎

目的观察盐酸克林霉素配合中药灌肠对急性盆腔炎的疗效。方法将150例急性盆腔炎患者随机分为三组：对照组（A组）、克林霉素组（B组）和克林霉素配合中药灌肠组（C组）,每组50例。A组给予常规抗炎治疗,青霉素＋庆大霉素＋甲硝唑;B组给予克林霉素＋庆大霉素;C组给予克林霉素＋庆大霉素＋中药灌肠;比较三组的临床疗效。结果 C组的总有效率高于A组和B组,B组总有效率高于A组;B组和C组2个疗程后的总有效率均高于1个疗程。结论盐酸克林霉素配合中药灌肠对急性盆腔炎疗效显著,适当延长治疗时间有利于患者痊愈。
