老年人肺性脑病的诱因分析及护理对策

目的探讨老年人肺性脑病的诱因及护理对策。方法对26例老年肺性脑病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果老年肺性脑病患者存在不同程度的呼吸道通气障碍、严重感染、酸碱平衡、吸氧不当、镇静药物应用不当。结论多种因素可诱发老年肺性脑病，保持呼吸道通畅、严格控制感染、纠正酸碱水电紊乱、加强心理护理是降低老年人肺性脑病发生率的重要措施。

Analysis about Inducement Factor of Senile Pulmonary Encephalopathy and Nursing

Objective To probe the inducement of pulmonary encephalopathy in senile patients and attend to the countermeasures. Methods The clinical data of 18 senile patients with pulmonary encephalopathy were analyzed by retrospective analysis. Results The different extents of respiratory track keep in touch with obstacle, serve infect, sour alkalies out-of-balance,suck improper, calm medicines unwiseuse were discovered in senile patients. Conclusion Multiple factors can induce pulmonary encephalopathy in senile patients. Some measures, such as keeping the respiratory track unblocked, controlling infect strictly, correcting the alkali water and electricity of acid, psychotherapy must be taken.
