| 摘 要： | 目的探讨湖北省消化道传染病的发病趋势。方法收集湖北省1951-2004年消化道传染病疫情资料进行统计分析。结果1951-2004年湖北省消化道传染病的总发病率呈下降的趋势，痢疾、甲型肝炎、是目前影响湖北省人民健康的主要消化道传染病。结论尽管主要消化道传染病已控制在较低水平，但由于传染源广泛存在，消化道传染病（霍乱、痢疾、伤寒、甲肝），仍然是湖北省应重点防制的传染病。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the possible emerging communicable diseases after flooding in Hubei province. Methods Epidemic situation data of the notifiable communicable diseases and some other important diseases in Hubei province were collected and analyzed. Results HJ*4/9] During 1990-2004, the general morbidity rate of notifiable communicable diseases descended year by year, while viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, dysenterywere were the main infectious diseases affecting people's health in Hubei province.Conclusion Although the incidence rates of some infectious diseases related with flooding were rather low, some communicable diseases, such as digestive tract infectious diseases should still be the priority during the attack of flooding. |
