| 摘 要： | 目的通过观察经鼻胃镜引导置入空肠营养管成功率及并发症发生率,探讨其临床应用的有效方法及可行性。方法采用鼻胃镜下放置空肠营养管135例,113例为导丝引导法置入,其余为直视拖拉法置入,通过观察是否在消化道内盘曲、是否到达Treize韧带、注水试验等几项指标计算成功率,观察并发症发生率。结果两种方法在通过改良置入后成功率均为100%,并发症发生率为0。结论经鼻胃镜下行空肠营养管置入成功率高,安全性好,操作技术简单可行。 |
