盐酸胺碘酮注射液与4种输液的配伍稳定性考察

目的:考察盐酸胺碘酮注射液与5%葡萄糖注射液、10%葡萄糖注射液、葡萄糖氯化钠注射液及0.9%氯化钠注射液的配伍稳定性。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定盐酸胺碘酮注射液与4种输液在室温下配伍后8 h 内不同时间的含量变化,并观察溶液外观性状及 pH 的变化。结果:盐酸胺碘酮注射液与10%葡萄糖注射液、葡萄糖氯化钠注射液及0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍后,pH 及含量均有明显变化;与5%葡萄糖注射液配伍8h 内,各项指标均无明显变化,溶液稳定。结论:盐酸胺碘酮注射液可与5%葡萄糖注射液在常温下配伍于8 h 内使用。

Compatible Stability Between Amiodarone Hydrochloride Injection and 4 Infusions

Objective:To study the compatible stabihty between amiodarone hydrochloride injection and 4 infusions(5% glucose solution,10% glucose solution,glucose in normal saline,normal saline).Method:The content of amiodarone hydrochloride injection were determined by UV-spectrophotometry at different time within 8h after mixing with 4 kinds of infusions,the appearance of the solu- tion was observed,the pH of amiodarone hydrochloride were determined.Result:No marked changes were noted in the contents,ap- pearance,pH and assay of amiodarone hydrochloride injection mixed with 5% glucose solution.Conclusion:Amiodarone hydrochride injection can be used within 8h after mixing with 5% glucose solution under the room temperature.
