| 摘 要： | 青光眼滤过术失败的主要原因是成纤维细胞增殖，胶原沉积，滤过泡瘢痕形成。在滤过术后应用抗瘢痕形成药物能提高青光眼滤过术的成功率。如；抗代谢药物，干扰素，肝素等已用于滤过术后的实验及临床研究。正确评价和选择更有效的药物释放系统是研究的重要课题。

| Abstract: | glaucoma filtration surgery usually fails from postoperative fibroblast proliferation,collagon deposition and bleb scarring.Applications of antiscarring drugs improve the successful rate.Antimetabolites,interferins and heperin were used experimentally and clinically for glaucoma filtering surgery.To evaluate these drugs and select more effective drug delivery system are very important tasks. |
