| 摘 要： | 目的 探索脊髓损伤(SCI)后疼痛的机理及临床。方法 回顾分析94例SCI后疼痛患者的临床表现、诊断治疗。结果 随访3月～2年，94例SCI患者经手术药物等治疗，62例治愈，21例改善，11例无效。结论 SCI后疼痛分为机械性疼痛和中枢性疼痛．前者治疗效果满意；后者机制复杂．需采用整体性综合治疗，以消除或减轻患者疼痛，提高患者生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective : To study the mechanism of pain after spinal cord injury (SCI) and it's clinical situations. Methods The clinical situations, diagnosis and treatment of 94 patients with pain after SCI were analyzed retrospectively. Results All patients were followed-up 3 months to 2 years. After surgical or medical treatment, 62 patients were healed, 21 patients' situations were ameliorated, 11 patients were of no effect. Conclusions Pain after spinal cord injury are caused by mechanical pain and central pain. The curative effect of the former is satisfied. The mechanism of the latter is complex, so it needs complex treatment to relieve the pain and improve patients' quality of lives. |
