一次性根管治疗术治疗根尖周炎

目的 探讨一次性根管治疗术治疗根尖周炎的临床疗效.方法 对2012年3月-2013年3月口腔科诊断为根尖周炎的100颗患牙采取分层随机分组,分为观察组及对照组各50颗,观察组采取一次性根管治疗术治疗,对照组采取传统多次性根管治疗术治疗.比较2组术后1、7 d疼痛率及1年治疗成功率.结果 术后1 d疼痛发生率治疗组46%,对照组16%,治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;术后7 d的疼痛发生率,治疗组14%,对照组11%,2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1年临床成功率治疗组71.4%,对照组78.0%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 一次性根管治疗术治疗根尖周炎与多次根管治疗术效果相近,但能减少治疗次数,缩短治疗周期,有效提升患者的满意度.

Disposable root canal treatment of periapical periodontitis

Objective To explore clinical efficacy of disposable root canal treatment of periapical periodontitis.Methods From March 2012 to March 2013, select 100 diagnosed periapical periarthritis root tips as objects. They were equally divided into treatment group and control group by stratified randomization, treatment group were treated with disposable root canal, control group adopted the traditional multiple-visit root canal treatment. Compare the postoperative pain ratios of 1day, 7days, 1year after treatment. Results The postoperative pain ratios of 1day was 46%in treatment group, and the control group was 16%, the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.01), and the difference was statistically significant; the postoperative pain ratios of 7days, the treatment group was 14%, the control group was 11%, and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The postoperative pain ratios of treatment group was 71.4% , control group was 78.0% , and had no statistically difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Disposable root canal treatment of periapical periodontitis had similar effect to multiple-visit root canal therapy, it can reduce the treatment times, shorten the treatment, and improve the satisfaction of patient.
