| 摘 要： | 针灸气至与针感概念有异,"气至"应是指针刺前后的脉象变化,通过检查迎寸口脉的变化来辨别病变是在经筋还是经脉以及确定补泻后"气至"与否.《灵枢?终始》中提出人迎、寸口脉针法,选择五输穴中2个阳经穴和1个阴经穴位进行针刺补泻的操作,使人迎脉与寸口脉的大小趋于相等,可以取得"风之吹云"般的疗效.

| Abstract: | Arrival qi and needling sensation have different concepts in acupuncture field, "arrival qi" should refer to the pulse changes before and after acupuncture,By examining the changes in the Cunkou pulse to identify lesions in the divergent meridians or meridians and determine whether or not "arrival qi" after reinforcing and reducing. According to the proposed Lingshu Shizhong renying Cunkou pulse acupuncture, five transport points in two yang meridians and a yin meridian acupuncture reinforcing and reducing the operation, the Renying Cunkou pulse size tends to be equal, thus making the wind blowing cloud like effect. |
