针刺治疗中风后弛缓性瘫痪运动功能障碍临床研究进展

脑卒中是神经科常见病、高发病,且致残率高,早期药物甚至手术治疗可及时挽救生命,但对于改善神经功能缺损、肢体运动功能障碍等方面研究仍有诸多不足.针灸在改善中风后弛缓性瘫痪肢体运功功能障碍方面取得明显疗效,且无副作用,易被患者接受.但临床上具体针刺方法较多,无统一操作规范和疗效评定标准,且不同方法间存在一定疗效差异,现对针灸改善中风后弛缓性瘫痪运动功能障碍方面展开综述,望对今后治疗卒中后弛缓性瘫痪有一定参考意义.
