| Abstract: | This paper discusses the status of satisfaction among nurses in operation room and the factors affecting their satisfaction. Through reviewing the literature, we find that the factors affecting the job satisfaction of the nurses in operation room include demographic characteristics, welfare benefits, family and work balance, heart capital, occupational stress, personal professional development opportunities and working conditions, etc. This provides the basis for further improvements for the future work in operation room. |
