Discussion on the talent training of rehabilitation medicine in TCM colleges and universities

It is very important to discuss talent training of rehabilitation medicine in TCM colleges and universities. There are five bottlenecks in the course of the talent training:1.The mode of the talent training of rehabilitation medicine; 2.The appliance of TCM in rehabilitation; 3.The field of rehabilitation; 4.The development space of the talent in rehabilitation; 5.The difficult of industry-university-research in rehabilitation. We should try to do something as follow: 1. break the traditional mode of the talent training of rehabilitation medicine; 2.Establish the subject of TCM in rehabilitation; 3.Improve the people cognize of rehabilitation; 4.Build a more open system of the talent training in rehabilitation; 5.Build a more flexible incentive mechanism of industry-university-research in rehabilitation.
