| 摘 要： | 目的 观察火针疗法配合升阳散火汤加减治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的临床疗效.方法 将72例符合PHN的患者按随机数字表法分为2组,各36例.治疗组运用火针配合升阳散火汤加减治疗,对照组采用毫针刺法.对2组患者疗效进行分析.结果 治疗组总有效率为94.4%,对照组总有效率为88.9%(P<0.05).结论 火针疗法配合升阳散火汤加减治疗PHN能扶阳补气,宣发郁热,行气散瘀止痛,疗效显著. |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effects offire-needle therapy combined with Shengyang Sanhuo decoction in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods 72 patierts with postherpetic neuralgia were divided into two groups, according to random number table method, each group contained 36 cases. The therapy group was given fire-needle therapy combined with Shengyang Sanhuo decoction and the control group was given acupuncture therapy. The curative effects of these two groups were contrasted and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the therapy group was 94.4%, the control group was 88.9%, (P<0.05). Conclusion Fire-needle therapy combined with Shengyang Sanhuo decoction in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia can Supplement yang, dispersing stagnated heat, removing blood stasis and relieving pain. The curative effect of the treatment was significant. |
