针灸配合康复功能训练治疗面神经麻痹的可行性与有效性研究

目的 研究针灸配合康复功能训练治疗面神经麻痹的可行性与有效性.方法 选取我院2014年5月-2016年5月收治的面神经麻痹患者80例,随机分为针灸配合康复功能训练治疗组(治疗组)和针灸治疗组(对照组),各40例,对2组进行Portmann评分、H-B分级、临床疗效统计分析.结果 治疗组Portmann评分,H-B分级Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级比例均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅲ级、Ⅳ~Ⅵ级比例均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率95.0%,高于对照组的77.5%(P<0.05).结论 针灸配合康复功能训练较单独针灸治疗面神经麻痹具有较高的可行性与有效性.

Study of feasibility and effectiveness of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of facial nerve palsy

Objective To study the feasibility and effectiveness of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of facial palsy. Methods 80 cases of patients with facial nerve paralysis in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected, these patients were randomly divided into acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training group (combined treatment group (n=40) and acupuncture treatment group (single treatment group, n=40) two groups, the Portmann scores, H-B scores, clinical efficacy of the two groups statistically analyzed. Results The Portmann score of the combined treatment group was significantly higher (P<0.05), the H-B grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ ratios were significantly higher (P<0.05), the grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ-Ⅵ ratios were significantly lower (P<0.05), the total treatment efficiency 95%was significantly higher than the single treatment group 77.5% (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training is more feasible and effective in the treatment of facial nerve palsy than acupuncture alone.
