老年人粘连性肠梗阻的手术治疗

目的探讨老年人粘连性肠梗阻的手术治疗及方法。方法回顾分析49例老年人粘连性肠梗阻病例的手术治疗。结果本组49例均有腹部手术史，主要症状是腹痛、腹胀、肛门停止排气、排便。腹部X线平片检查为完全性肠梗阻，均行手术治疗。结论老年人粘连性肠梗阻的主要原因是腹部手术，依靠病史、体征及腹部X线摄片检查来诊断，出现完全性肠梗阻时应积极手术，掌握手术时机十分重要。

Surgical treatment for adhesive intestinal obstruction in elder patients

Objective To investigate the therapeutic methods for adhesive intestinal obstruction in eider patients. Methods The data of surgical treatment for 49 eider patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction were retrospectively studied and analyzed. Results AU these 49 patients had received abdominal operation. Their main symptoms were bellyache, abdominal distention and stopping fart. They had received abdominal X -ray examination, all of them had been diagnosed and operated as complete intestinal obstruction. Conclusion The main cause for adhesive intestinal obstruction in eider patients is abdominal operation, and it should be diagnosed according to their medical history, physical signs and abdominal X - ray examination. When complete intestinal obstruction happened, operation should be carried out and the selection of opportunity for operation is most important.
