ALA光动力联合中药保留灌肠治疗肛管尖锐湿疣临床观察

目的观察盐酸氨基酮戊酸外用散(ALA)光动力联合中药保留灌肠治疗肛管尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法将84例肛管尖锐湿疣患者随机分为两组。治疗组给予ALA光动力联合中药保留灌肠治疗;对照组给予ALA光动力治疗。比较两组的治疗有效率、复发率及不良反应发生率。结果疗程结束后治疗组有效率与对照组比较无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组复发率较对照组显著降低(P0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率也较对照组显著降低(P0.05)。结论 ALA光动力联合中药保留灌肠治疗肛管CA复发率、不良反应发生率低,优于单纯ALA光动力治疗。

Clinical Observation on ALA Photodynamic Therapy combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Retention Enema on Condylomata Acuminata in Anal

s:Objective To observe the curative effect of 5-Aminolevulinic acid ( ALA) photodynamic therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema on condyloma acuminatum in anal.Methods 84 cases of patients with condyloma acuminatum in anal were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 42 cases in each group.Treatment group was treated by ALA photodynamic combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema, control group received ALA photodynamic therapy.Compare the cure rate, re-currence rate and adverse reactions between the two groups after treatment.Results Compared with control group,the effectient rate of treat-ment group had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The treatment group’s follow-up recurrence rate decreased more significantly than that of control group(P<0.05), the incidence of adverse reactions of treatment group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion ALA photodynamic therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema on condyloma acuminatum in anal has lower recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions, it is better than using ALA photodynamic method alone.
