现代康复训练结合中医针刺治疗小儿脑瘫临床观察

目的探究现代康复训练结合中医针刺治疗小儿脑瘫的临床疗效及对肢体运动功能与脑血流的影响。方法将96例脑瘫患儿随机分为两组,对照组患者进行现代康复训练治疗,治疗组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用中医针刺治疗,比较两组临床疗效及对肢体运动功能和脑血液循环情况以及血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、脑型同工酶(CK-BB)水平。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P0.05);治疗组治疗后粗大运动功能评估(GMFM)评分显著高于对照组(P0.05);治疗组治疗后肌张力评分显著低于对照组(P0.05);治疗组治疗后大脑动脉血流速度(VP)显著高于对照组,血管搏动指数(PI)显著低于对照组,且两组患儿治疗后较治疗前均有显著改善(均P0.05);治疗后两组VEGF及CK-BB水平均显著降低,且治疗组降低幅度大于对照组(P0.05)。结论现代康复训练结合中医针刺治疗小儿脑瘫临床疗效显著,可以有效改善脑细胞代谢功能,增加血流量,有效改善患儿的运动能力,增加关节的活动度,提高患儿的生活质量,临床上值得进一步推广应用。

Clinical Observation on Modern Rehabilitation Training combined with Acupuncture in Treatment of Children with Cerebral Palsy

s:Objective To explore the clinical effect of modern rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture in treatment of children with cerebral palsy and its effect on limb motor function and cerebral blood flow.Methods 96 cases of children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group was treated with modern rehabilitation training, observation group received acupuncture therapy on the basis of control group.Compare the effects of limb motor function, brain blood circulation, serum vascu-lar endothelial growth factor ( VEGF) and brain band isoenzyme ( CK-BB) levels between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group with statistical significance ( P<0.05);the GMFM score of observation group with was significantly higher than that of control group with statistically significant (P<0.05).The muscle tension score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group with statistical significance (P<0.05).The VP of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, PI was significantly lower than that of control group, and was significantly improved than before treatment with statistical significance (P<0.05).VEGF and CK-BB levels of both groups decreased significantly, observation group decreased more obviously than those of control group with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Modern rehabilitation training combined with ac-upuncture in treatment of children with cerebral palsy can effectively improve the metabolism of brain cells function, increase blood flow, im-prove motor ability, increase joint activities, thus to improve the quality of life, it is worthy of further popularization and application in clini-cal application.
