中晚期非小细胞肺癌中医证型研究

目的:从肺癌的辨证分型现状,以及肺癌中医证型与肺癌分期、生化检测、影像学表现的关系,回顾了近年来肺癌中医证型研究概况。目前该领域取得了一定研究成果,同时也存在一些不足,主要体现在缺乏辨证分型和证型诊断的统一标准。当前我们应该加强证型规范化的研究,建立与临床应用紧密联系的统一的肺癌证型分型及诊断标准。

Study on TCM Syndrome Types of Advanced Non-small-cell Lung Cancer

This study reviewed the researches in recent years from current syndrome differentiation classification of lung cancer, the relationship between TCM syndrome types and stages of lung cancer, biochemical detection and iconography expressions. Now there have been some achievements in this field but it is still insufficient mainly because of lack of unified standard for syndrome differentia-tion classification and TCM syndrome types. We should enhance the syndrome type standardization, and establish a unified standard for lung cancer classification and diagnostic criteria.
