经颅多普勒超声与数字减影血管造影对缺血性脑血管病诊断的对比分析

目的比较经颅多普勒超声(TCD)与数字减影血管造影(DSA)对缺血性脑血管病诊断差异性。方法分析41例缺血性脑血管病患者的TCD与DSA检测结果。结果41例缺血性脑血管病患者TCD共检测血管477支,以DSA为标准,TCD对缺血性脑血管病诊断的敏感性为77.9%、特异性为94.9%、准确度为92.5%、阳性预测值71.6%、阴性预测值96.3%。结论TCD对缺血性脑血管病的诊断有良好的敏感性和特异性,用于临床筛查及早期诊断有较高临床价值。

TCD VS DSA in Patients with Ischemic Cerebral Vascular Disease
