| 摘 要： | 对124例癫痫患者的智力及影响其智力的多因素分析表明:智力障碍发生率为30.7%;影响其智力的主要因素依次为癫痫的性质、性别、文化程度、病程、发作频率、职业、用药方法、脑电图及卡马西平等。这为防治癫痫发生智力障碍提供了客观资料。

| Abstract: | An investigation of intelligence and some relative influencing factors in
124 patients with epilepsy was reported in this paper.The results revealed:(1)The
incidence of intelligence disturbance occured in 30.7%(2)The main factors which
influenced intelligence were the property of epilepsy,difference of sex,cultural level,
variety of medication,EEG and the frequency of epileptic attacke successively.(3)The
subordinate factors were the course of disease,occupation of the patients and the use
of carbamazepine. |
