脉冲染料激光595nm联合多西环素、曲安奈德治疗面部中、重度痤疮的疗效观察

目的:探讨脉冲染料激光595nm联合多西环素、曲安奈德治疗面部中、重度痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法:将156例面部中、重度痤疮患者随机分为治疗组80例和对照组76例,治疗组采用脉冲染料激光595nm联合多西环素、曲安奈德治疗;对照组口服多西环素治疗。结果:治疗12周后,治疗组有效率为81.25%,对照组为59.21%,两组有效率比较有明显差异(P0.01)。结论:脉冲染料激光595nm联合多西环素、曲安奈德治疗面部中、重度痤疮安全、有效。

Clinical Observation of facial moderate and severe acne treated by 595nm pulse dye laser,doxycycline and triamcinolone acetonide

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of 595nm pulse dye laser, doxycycline and triamcinolone acetonide treatment of moderate and severe ache. Methods 156 cases of moderate and severe acne were randomly divided into observation group and control group.80 cases in observation group treated by 595 pulse dye laser and doxycycline,triamcinolone acetonide.76 cases in the control group used doxycycline. Results Twelve weeks later, observation group efficiency was 81.25% ,Control group efficiency was 59.21%. Efficiency difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion 595nm pulse dye laser and doxycycline,triamcinolone acetonide treatment is effective and safe in moderate and severe acne.
