面部损伤急诊治疗中整形技术运用的体会

目的:探讨面部损伤急诊治疗中整形外科技术应用的临床疗效。方法:对我院2010年08月~2013年08月期间收治的300例面部外伤患者均运用整形外科技术,进行伤口修整、精细缝合;对软组织缺损的患者,根据软组织的缺损情况,采用皮瓣技术。结果:300例患者均一期愈合,无感染、血肿、皮瓣坏死现象。术后对215例患者随访6个月,术区无明显瘢痕增生,面部器官无牵拉变形,患者满意。结论:在面部损伤急诊的治疗中,整形外科技术的运用对患者面部形态及功能的恢复有很大帮助。

Experience in the use of plastic surgery techniques in the emergency treatment of facial injuries

Objective Discussion the clinnical efficacy of the emergency treatment in plastic surgery of facial injuries. Methods Since August 2010 to August 2013, among three hundred patients with facial trauma ,we use wound repair, fine stitching, and free flaps ,rotation flap technique. Results All 300 hundred patients healed primarily without wound infections, hematoma or flap necrosis. 215 cases of postoperative patients followed for 6 months＇ ,we found out all patients has no hypertrophic scarring and stretching deformation, and all cases satisfied. Conlusion In the emergency treatment of facial injuries, with application of facial plastic surgery techniques, patients gain the great benefits in facial morphology and function recovery.
