Q开关1064nm激光结合穴位注射治疗黄褐斑疗效观察

目的:探讨穴位注射结合Q开关1 064nm激光治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年9月~2013年10月于笔者医院就诊的黄褐斑患者96例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组:48例,给予Q开关1 064nm激光结合中医穴位注射治疗;对照组:48例,给予单纯Q开关1 064nm激光治疗。两组对比治疗效果、副反应及复发率。结果:治疗组有效率为93.75%,对照组有效率为77.08%,疗效比较有统计学差异(P0.05),两组均未发现明显副反应。治疗组有2例出现色斑复发,复发率4.16%。对照组有12例出现色斑复发,复发率25.00%。结论:中医穴位注射结合Q开关1 064nm激光治疗黄褐斑,其疗效优于单用Q开关1 064nm激光,该方法治疗有效、复发率低,且无明显副作用,是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。

The efficacy observation of Qswitch 1064nm laser combined with acupuncture point injection

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture point injection in the treatment of Chloasma with Q switch 1064nm laser treatment of chloasma. Methods Chossing 96 chloasma patients in our hospital dermatology clinic from with melasma from September 2012 to October 2013, which were randomly divided into treatment group and comparison group, each with 48 people. treatment group： 48 pationts were given a combination of Q switch laser 1 064nm TCM accupoint injection therapy. Comparison group： 48 pationts were given 1 064nm Q switch laser treatment. comparing two treatment effects ,side effects and recurrence rates. Results the effective rate was 93.75% in the treatment group, 77.08% in the comparison group.A Significant difference appeared according to statistics analysis soffwano （P〈0.05）. The two groups were not found significomt side effects. The treatment group had 2 patients appeared recurrence ,the recurrence rate was 4.16%.The comparison group had 12 patients appeared recurrence, the recurrence rate was 25%.Conclusion the therapy effect of TCM acupoint injection combined with Q switch 1064nm laser treatment for chloasma is better than only using Q switch 1 064nm laser ,which can reduce recurrence and had no singnifiamt side effects.It is a safe and effective method for treatment of chloasma of Chinese and western medicine theropy.
