多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良的临床观察

目的　观察多潘立酮对功能性消化不良 (FD)的疗效及安全性。方法　 70例 FD患者随机分为治疗组36例 ,对照组 34例。治疗组予多潘立酮 (西安杨森制药有限公司生产 ) 1 0 mg,3次 / d,对照组予胃复安 1 0 m g,3次 / d,每月为 1疗程。治疗中每周门诊复诊 1次 ,记录上腹痛、饱胀、嗳气、恶心、呕吐、纳差 6大症状变化及不良反应。结果　有效率 :治疗组为 80 .6 % ,对照组为 5 8.8% ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。不良反应的发生率 :治疗组为 5 .6 % ,对照组为2 6 .5 % ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。复发率 :治疗组为 1 6 .1 % ,对照组 32 .0 % ,差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论　多潘立酮治疗 FD安全有效 ,依从性好 ,无严重不良反应

Clinical observation of domperidone on functional dyspepsia

Objective To observe the clinic effect and safty of domperidone on functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods Seventy patients who suffered from functional dyspepsia were divided into two groups at random.In treatment group (n=36),the patients administrated domperidone 10 mg three times a day.In control group,the patients administrated metoclopramide 10 mg three times a day.The treatment course was one month for each group.Patients returned to see dorctors once a week for the doctor to record the adverse reactions and changes of six symptoms in clnding upper abdominal pain,early satiety,eructation,nausea,vomiting and belching.Results The effective rate was 80.6% in treatment group which was higher than that in control group(58.8%).The difference between the two groups was significant( P <0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.6% in the treatment group and 26.5% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant( P <0.05).The recurrente rate was 16.1% in the treatment group and 32.0% in the control group.There is no significant difference between two groups( P > 0.05 ).Conclusion Domperidone is safty and effective on treating FD with good dependence and without serious adverse reactions.
