康复训练结合药物治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿30例疗效观察

目的 观察康复训练结合药物治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿的临床效果。方法 采用随机数字表法将我院60例痉挛型脑瘫患儿分为2组,各30例。对照组采用常规康复训练治疗,治疗组采用康复训练结合药物治疗。观察并比较2组患儿经过治疗后的临床效果。结果 2组患儿经过治疗后,治疗组综合痉挛量表（CSS）评分明显低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组粗大运动功能量表（GMFM）评定中D区和E区得分、GMFCS评定等级均明显高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计意义（P〈0.05）。结论 采用康复训练结合药物治疗有助于提高痉挛型脑瘫患儿运动功能,且安全、有效,值得临床推广应用。

Clinic observation of rehabilitation training and drugs in the treatment of 30 cases of children with spastic cerebral palsy

Objective To observe the clinical effect of rehabilitation training and drugs on children with spastic cerebral palsy. Methods 60 patients in our hospital with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into 2 groups, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation training, treatment group with rehabilitation training combined with drug therapy. Clinical effects were observed and compared. Results After treatment, the treatment group composite spasticity scale （CSS） score was significantly lower than that of the control group, with statistical difference （ P〈0. 05 ） ; D and E region ratings in the gross motor function measure （ GMFM ） score in the treatment were higher than the control group, with statistical significance difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rehabilitation training combined with drug therapy is helpful to improve the movement function of children with spastic cerebral palsy, which is safe and effective, worthy of clinical application.
