食管鳞癌中CD44H、P-选择素和血管内皮生长因子的表达与淋巴结转移的关系

摘    要:目的探讨CD44H、P-选择素(P-selectin)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达与食管鳞癌淋巴结转移的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测60例食管鳞癌组织中CD44H、P-selectin和VEGF的表达。结果淋巴结转移组CD44H、P-selectin和VEGF的表达增强,与无淋巴结转移组的表达差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),P-selectin和VEGF在淋巴结转移组的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论CD44H、P-selectin和VEGF的表达与食管鳞癌淋巴结的转移密切相关,P-selectin和VEGF存在协同关系,可作为评估食管鳞癌预后的生物学标志。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship of expressions of CD44H,P-selectin and VEGF and lymph node metastasis in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical staining(SP method) was used to detect the expressions of CD44H,P-selectin and VEGF in 60 cases of esophageal carcinoma.Results CD44H,P-selectin and VEGF expressed highly in group with lymph node metastasis. There was a significant difference between the group with and without lymph node metastasis in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(P<0.05).The expression of P-selectin was positively correlated with the expression of VEGF in group with lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion It is closely correlated between the expressions of CD44H,P-selectin and VEGF,and metastasis with lymph node in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,which might be served as biologic markers for assessment of the prognosis of esophageal carcinoma.
