同型半胱氨酸、高敏C反应蛋白及D-二聚体在急性脑梗死患者中的变化及意义

摘    要:
目的观察血清同型半胱氨酸(Hey)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及D-二聚体(D-D)水平与急性脑梗死的关系。方法选择90例急性脑梗死患者作为脑梗死组,根据梗死灶大小又分为小面积亚组(n=30),中面积业组(n=24)和大面积亚组(n=36),再根据临床神经功能缺损严重程度分为轻度亚组(n=33)、中度亚组(n=19)和重度亚组(n=38);另选同期健康体检者90例作为健康对照组。检测2组血清同型Hcy、hs-CPR及D-D水平,并作对比分析。结果脑梗死组患者血清中Hcy、hs-CRP、D-D的含量均明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05);大面积亚组患者血清Hcy、hs-CRP、D-D的含量>中面积亚组>小面积亚组(P<0.05);重度亚组患者血清中的Hcy、hs-CRP、D-D的含量>中度亚组>轻度亚组(P<0.05)。结论 Hcy、hs-CRP和D-D与急性脑梗死的发生发展有密切关系,检测其水平对于判断疾病的严重程度,指导临床治疗具有重要的意义。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the changes of serum homocysteine(Hey),high sensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP)and D-dimer(D-D)levels in acute cerebral infarction patients and its significance.Methods 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction as cerebral infarction group,according to the infarct size,patients were divided into small-area subgroup(n=30),middle-area subgroup(n=24)and large-area subgroup(n=36),according to the severity,further divided into mild subgroup(n=33),moderate subgroup(n=19)and severe subgroup(n=38).Selected 90 cases over the same period as the healthy control group,detected serum Hcy,hs-CPR and D-D levels and to make comparative analysis.Results Serum of patients with cerebral infarction Hcy,hs-CRP,D-D levels were significantly higher than the healthy control group(P0.05);Hey,hs-CRP,D-D levels in large-area subgroupmiddle-area subgroupsmall-area subgroup(P0.05);serum Hey,hs-CRP,D-D levels in severe subgroupmoderate subgroupmild subgroup(P0.05).Conclusion Hey,hs-CRP and D-D and is closely related to the occurrence and development of acute cerebral infarction,the datecLion level for judging its severity,clinical treatment has important significance.
