耳穴结合穴位电刺激预防环状混合痔切除术后尿潴留临床观察

目的观察耳穴贴压结合穴位低频电刺激预防环状混合痔切除术后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法选取112例腰麻下行环状混合痔切除术的患者，随机分为试验组、对照组、空白组，分别予耳穴结合体穴低频电刺激、耳穴、不采用任何干预手段。观察3组治疗后尿潴留的发生率、术后第一次排尿及术后8h排尿情况。结果①试验组尿潴留发生率（2．56％）低于空白组（23．68％）（P〈0．01），与对照组（8．57％）比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；②试验组的临床疗效优于空白组（P〈0．01），而与对照组比较差异无显著性意义（P〉0．05）；③试验组第一次排尿时间和排尿总积分与对照组、空白组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；④试验组术后8h排尿总积分与空白组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；⑤试验组术后疼痛VAS积分明显低于对照组和空白组（P〈0．05）。结论耳穴结合穴位电刺激可有效预防痔术后尿潴留、减轻疼痛。

Clinical observation of auricular acupuncture with electric stimulation at acupoints in preventing urine retention following postoperative mixed hemorrhoids

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of auricular acupuncture with electric stimulation at acupoints in the prevention of urine retention following postoperative circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. Methods One hundred and twelve subjects were randomized into experimental group, control group and blank group, and respectively treated with auricular acupuncture and electric stimulation at acupoints, auricular acupuncture, and none therapy. The incidence of urinary retention, and the urination on the first time and 8 hours after operation were observed. Results ①The incidence of urinary retention was lower in the experimental group （2.56%） than in the blank group（23.68% ） （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and similar to that in the control group（ 8.57% ） （P 〉 0.05 ）. ②The clinical efficacy was better in the experimental group than in the blank group （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and similar to that in the control group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. ③There were significant differences in the first urination between the experimental group and the control group and the blank group （ P 〈 0.05 ）.④The 8-hour urination time was shorter in the experimental group than in the blank group（ P 〈 0.05 ）; ⑤The pain VAS score was lower in the experimental group than in the blank group and control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Auricular acupuncture with electric stimulation at acupoints is effective to prevent postoperative urine retention and relieve pain.
