前列负阴方联合西药治疗晚期前列腺癌的临床研究

目的观察前列负阴方联合抗雄药物治疗晚期前列腺癌的临床疗效。方法将90例晚期前列腺癌患者随机分为治疗组（44例）和对照组（46例）；两组均予化学抗雄药物治疗方案，治疗组同时加用前列负阴方。两组均以2个月为1个疗程，共治疗3个疗程，观察临床疗效及主要中医证候变化情况。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为31．8％、30．4％；组间临床疗效比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。治疗前后组内比较，治疗组尿痛尿不适、神疲乏力、肢体疼痛、体质量减轻、自身总体评价评分差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），对照组恶心呕吐不思饮食、体质量减轻评分差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；组间治疗后比较，尿痛尿不适、恶心呕吐不思饮食、神疲乏力、肢体疼痛、体质量减轻、气短气急、自身总体评价评分差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论前列负阴方联合去雄药物治疗晚期前列腺癌，可以明显提高患者的生活质量，改善临床症状。

Combination of ＂ Qianlie Fuyin Decociton＂ with western medicine for advanced prostatic carcinoma

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂ Qianlie Fuyin Decociton＂ with western medicine in treating advanced prostatic carcinoma. Methods Ninety cases were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 44 cases were treated by ＂Qianlie Fuyin Decoeiton＂ and chemical medicine, and control group in which 46 cases were treated by chemical medicine, with the course of 6 months. After three courses, the clinical efficacy and changes of syndrome were observed. Results The overall effective rate was 31.8% in the treatment group and 30.4% in the control group, without significant difference between the two groups （P 〉0.05）. In treatment group, there were significant differences in odynufia, weakness, pain in limbs, weight, scores of whole body between before and after treatment （P 〈 0. 05） ; in control group, there were significant ditferences in the score of vomiting （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, the odynuria, nausea and vomiting, weakness, pain in limbs, weight, short of breath, scores of whole body in treatment group were significantly different IYom the controls （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined ＂Qianlie Fnyin Decociton＂ and chemical medicine has positive effect on advanced prostatic carcinoma by improving the QOL and clinical symptoms.
