| 摘 要： | 泄泻病因复杂,基本病机为脾虚与湿盛,致肠道功能失司而发生泄泻,病位在肠,主病之脏属脾,同时与肝肾密切相关,病理因素主要是湿。参苓白术散组方严谨巧妙,强壮补虚,健脾除湿,佐以调气行滞之品,使其补而不滞。

| Abstract: | Diarrhea etiology is complex,the basic pathogenesis change for spleen deficiency and excessive dampness,and occurrence of diarrhea caused by intestinal dysfunction Division,disease located in the intestines,the spleen of the main disease of dirty,with both the liver and kidney are closely related to pathological factorsis wet,wet as the Yin Xie.SHENLINGBAISHU scattered groups party stringent clever,the strongest tonic,spleen dehumidification,accompanied by regulating qi stagnation line of products to complement rather than stagnation. |
