中枢神经狼疮60例临床分析

目的 :研究中枢神经系统狼疮 (CNSL )的临床特点。方法 :对 6 0例 CNSL患者进行系统性回顾分析并复习文献。结果 :CNSL 发生率占系统性红斑狼疮 (SL E)的 2 0 % ,且 85 %在起病后 3a内发病 ,主要表现为抑郁、癫痫、偏瘫等。脑脊液 :可有压力增高 ,蛋白和细胞增高。结论 :CNSL因累及神经系统部位不同 ,临床复杂多样 ,应引起临床医师的高度重视

The clinical analysis of 60 cases of central nervous systemic lupus

Objective:To investigate the Clinical characteristics of central nervous systemic lupus (CNSL).Methods:60 cases of CNSL patients were systemically and retrospectively analyzed and the literature was reviewed.Results:The incidence of CNSL was 20% of all systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE)85% of the CNSL patients has an approximately three years latency,the main symptoms of the CNSL were depression,excitation,epilepsy and partial paralysis.Themeasurement of cerebrospinal fluid showed higher pressure level,higher concentration of protein and more white blood cells.Conclusion:The clinical symptoms of CNSL were so different impair areas of the central nervous system that serious attention should be given to the disease for the clinical practitioners.
