儿童大骨节病患者血清GOT,ALP及LDH同功酶的测定和分析

本文对30名大骨节病患儿,38名病区健康儿童以及34名非病区健康儿童的血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP),谷草转氨酶(GOT)以及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)同功酶进行了测定分析。结果表明:大骨节病患儿的血清GOT,LDH_1较非病区明显升高,LDH_3相对降低,并在X线出现改变以前就有所变化,而ALP,LDH_2的活性改变不明显。因此,血清GOT,LDH_1,LDH_3等生化指标能够反应出大骨节病患儿的组织细胞损伤情况,对大骨节病的早期诊断和疾病的防治有着重要的意义。

THE DETECTION AND ANALYSIS OF ACTIVITES OF THE PLASMA ALP, GOT AND ISOZYMES OF LDH FROM CHILDREN AFFECTED WITH KASCHIN - BECK'S DISEASA

The activities of the plasma ALP, GOT and isozymes of LDH of 30 children affected with Kaschin-Beck's disease, 38 healthy children of Kaschin-Beck's disease affected area and 34 healthy children of non-Kaschin-Beck's disease affected area were determined. The results showed that there were noticeable increases in the activities of plasma GOT, LDH1 and a decrease in the LDH3 of Kaschin - Beck's disease affected children compared with those of healthy children. These changes occurred before radiological changes, this could be used as an index of damage of tissuecells of Kaschin-Beck's disease affected children. This fact may be useful in the early diagnosis of Kaschin-Beck's disease.
