| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中医治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的最佳方案。方法：本院于2009年11月~2010年11月对48例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者采用自拟益气养阴活血中药方进行治疗,观察疗效。结果：痊愈有35例,好转10例,无效3例,总有效率为93.75%。结论：益气养阴活血中药方对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的胃黏膜萎缩、炎性程度、肠化生及非典型增生均有很好的治疗作用,对胃脘部痞满、嗳气吞酸、纳呆等症状有很好的治疗缓解作用。中医疗法中的益气养阴活血对慢性萎缩性胃炎具有很好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the optimal scheme of TCM treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods： 48 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of our hospital were treated with Yiqiyangyinhuoxue decoction from November 2009 to November 2010, and observed the therapeutie effect. Results： 35 cases of cure, 10 cases of improvement, 3 cases of ineffective, the effeetiveness of the treatment group was 93.75%. Conclusion： Yiqiyangyinhuoxue decoction could improve chronic atrophic gastritis, gland wither, intestinese, intestinal metaplasia and （or） the atypical hyperplasia obviously, and have a very good treatment effect on improving symptom. Yiqiyangyinhuoxue decoction can ameliorate chronic atrophie gastritis＇ clinical symptom. |
