体外受精-胚胎移植67例患者卵巢颗粒细胞bcl-2、bax蛋白表达与妊娠结局的关系

目的 探讨卵巢颗粒细胞中凋亡相关蛋白bcl-2、 bax的表达与妊娠结局的关系. 方法 选择67例适合进行体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)手术的不孕症患者,通过免疫组织化学方法 检测卵泡液中卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡相关蛋白bcl-2和bax的表达率.同时分析其与优质胚胎数和妊娠结局的关系. 结果 IVF-ET患者优质胚胎≥2个组与无或优质胚胎<2个组其颗粒细胞bc1-2蛋白及ba x 蛋白阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义.临床妊娠组与非临床妊娠组其颗粒细胞bc1-2蛋白及 bax蛋白阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义. 结论 卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡相关蛋白bcl-2、bax的表达与优质胚胎数有关,研究卵巢颗粒细胞的bcl-2、bax蛋白表达可以预测IVF-ET妊娠结局.

Expression of bcl-2, bax protein in ovarian granulosa cells in 67 patients with IVF-ET and its relationship with pregnancy outcome

Objective To investigate the expression of apoptosis-related proteins bcl-2 and bax in granulosa cells(GCs) in follicular fluid and its relationship with pregnancy outcome after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET).MethodsSixty-seven women undergoing IVF were analyzed.The expression of bcl-2 and bax proteins in GCs in follicular fluid were detected by immunohistochemistry.ResultsExpression of bcl-2 and bax proteins had significant difference between patients with less than two superior quality embryos and patients with two or more,between clinical non-pregnant patients and clinical pregnant patients.ConclusionThe results indicate that the expression of apoptosis-related proteins bcl-2 and bax have relevance to the embryo quality after IVF.Expression of bcl-2 and bax protein can predict the pregnancy outcome after IVFET.
